Wayne specializes in sales and rentals of stainless steel tanks. As the son of Ripley’s owner, Ed, Wayne has been part of the company from a young age, starting at 13 by helping load tanks onto delivery trucks. Showing an early aptitude for welding, he went on to study machining at BC Institute of Technology (BCIT) for four years and completed a welding course at Okanagan College.
With his technical expertise and hands-on experience, Wayne offers clients valuable insights into production efficiencies, ensuring top-quality results in less time.
