President
Ed Ripley founded Ripley Stainless Ltd. in 1979 – after taking a welding course at Okanagan College.
Prior to Ed’s foray into entrepreneurship, he had always been passionate about working with steel and creating something new in the way of innovative stainless products. He still finds the process fascinating – always tinkering with something in the shop in an effort to invent a new, and better wheel.
Ed lives for his business and his family – the latter of which at last count was around 60 in the immediate family. Apart from being filled with kids, the Ripley house is also decked out with innovative stainless products, from a walk-in stainless steel fridge complete with meat hooks, to a stainless swimming pool that Ed built for the kids.
Ripley Stainless’s success is based upon a strong work ethic, and with dedication to the goal of making the best possible stainless steel tanks and products – for the most competitive prices.
If you have an unusual project that might interest Ed – give him a call or send him an email. He’s always interested in a challenge.
