Operations Manager
Eric joined Ripley in 2001 as a welder’s helper and quickly advanced to welder/fabricator. After gaining experience at other stainless steel shops, he returned to Ripley to manage a department and later transitioned into materials sourcing and inventory control.
Now serving as Ripley’s Operations Manager, Eric oversees project pre-planning and collaborates with suppliers to source high-quality, cost-effective materials. His efforts ensure Ripley remains highly competitive while delivering exceptional stainless steel products and tanks.
