Lara Hughes, (nee Ripley) is in charge of Ripley Stainless’s Human Resources, Occupation Health and Safety and Social Media. Lara also performs general corporate duties and often acts as the Ripley chauffeur. If you are coming from out of town for a tour of the Ripley plant, chances are Lara will be your host.
Lara studied Visual Merchandising at Ontario’s Ryerson Polytechnic School and brings with her, a keen aesthetic sense to the world of Ripley.
Lara started working full time 2003.
