John was hired in 1997 and has worked as a helper, welder ,and now is our specialty lead hand. John is a detailed man with high expectations on himself and the crew which leads to quality in our tanks. John is very good at training and delegating to his crew. He is very thorough and dedicated to Ripley Thank you for your sharp and precise input to all aspects of the job, and 18 years of service!
